We predominately feature myofascial release, a unique hands-on approach for treating muscle pain, similar to deep tissue massage. This therapy mobilizes soft tissue, frees up restricted motion and relieves pain by increasing motion.

Myofascial release has been proven to not only decrease pain, but also to increase Serotonin and Dopamine hormones (feel good hormones) and decrease Cortisol hormone (stress hormone), which can help ease the feelings of anxiety, depression and stress.

Other common conditions treated include:

  • Sprains/Strains
  • Carpal Tunnel
  • Tendonitis
  • Hand/Foot Numbness

Acupuncture is the insertion of fine, solid needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the nervous system, relieve muscular tension, increase circulation and optimize the healing process. Acupuncture is also used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and treat various physical, mental, and emotional imbalances.

Acupuncture can be used as a preventive medicine to enhance the immune function of the body, promote well-being and maintain optimal health and can be used for both acute and chronic health conditions.

  • Anxiety
  • Dizziness

In addition, acupuncture may be helpful for women experiencing peri-menopause and menopausal symptoms, including night sweats, hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, insomnia, urinary changes and dryness.

Acupuncture can also help women receiving chemotherapy and radiation by alleviating the side effects of treatment such as nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, numbness and tingling of the extremities, sleep disturbances, depression and fatigue.

Other conditions that are effectively treated with acupuncture include:

  • Neck pain
  • Common cold
  • Facial pain
  • Strains
