DES MOINES, Iowa—Mercy Medical Center – Des Moines recently it’s been discovered that aspergillus contaminated methylprednisolone injections from New England Compounding Center (NECC) have been distributed nationally, which has resulted in over one hundred cases of meningitis and several deaths. Mercy Clinics, Inc. and Mercy Pharmacies have not distributed and do not possess any NECC methylprednisolone.
