Patient satisfaction data
Mercy is proud to be participating in the first ever, nationally standardized patient satisfaction survey known as HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems). The HCAHPS survey is a behavior-based measurement of patients’ experiences and provider behaviors.
HCAHPS survey results posted on the Hospital Quality Alliance’s Hospital Compare web site will represent data collected between October 2006 and September 2007. The data shown below is Mercy’s most current data, which was collected between October 2006 and September 2007.
