If you need directions or assistance, or if you have questions about the hospital or Des Moines, please ask any person wearing a hospital photo identification badge.

Our Main Information Desk is located in the Main Lobby on the north side of the hospital down the hallway from our Emergency Department entrance. Volunteer ambassadors wearing green jackets are stationed throughout the hospital to answer your questions and, if necessary, to escort you to your destination.
