Mercy's Central Campus has several entrances providing convenient access for patients and visitors. Free, convenient parking is located near each entrance. Valet parking is available at most entrances. See below for Valet Parking hours.

• Main Entrance—Free parking is available in the North Parking Lot and Ramp, with valet parking available at the Main Entrance.
• Emergency Entrance—Free parking is available for Emergency patients directly north of the entrance.
• East Tower Entrance—Free parking is available in the lot across 3rd Street. If space is not available, park in the North Visitor Parking Lot. Valet parking is available at either entrance.
• Mercy Medical Plaza
  • West Entrance—Free parking is available in the West Parking Ramp, or valet service is available.
  • East Entrance—Free parking is available in the East Parking Ramp, or valet service is available.
• West Entrance—Free parking is available in the West Parking Ramp, or valet service is available.
• Mercy Office Plaza (1055 6th Ave.—corner of 6th Ave. and Laurel St.)—Free parking adjacent to building.

Parking stalls for persons with disabilities are located in each of these areas.

Wheelchairs are located inside each hospital entrance. If possible, call ahead to the Information Desk if you need a wheelchair.

Valet Parking

If you prefer to have a valet attendant park your vehicle for you, our valet parking service is available:

• Main Entrance (north side of campus)--7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
• East Tower Entrance—7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
• West Entrance (5th Street)—8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Mercy Medical Plaza (west and south entrances)—7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Valet parking cost is $3.00. If you use the valet service, but do not plan to leave the hospital until after the valet stations close, you may pick up your vehicle keys by contacting the hospital's Security office at 247-3111 (extension 7-3111) or ask the receptionist at the Information Desk at the Main Entrance for your keys.

Mercy Heritage members and volunteers receive free valet parking at the Main Entrance; just present your membership or volunteer card when you arrive.
