- Ongoing assistance to patient care needs
Inpatient services are available for adults and children/adolescents who have major, acute mental illness and are referred to this program by a psychiatrist. Programs are intense and structured, emphasizing short-term intervention, individualized treatment, effective discharge planning and follow-up care.
Partial hospitalization programs for adults and children/adolescents are offered as outpatient services during the day. Patients attend therapeutic groups. Children and adolescents in a partial program will spend part of their day in school. This program also assists in the transition from hospitalization to community living.
