Inside each apartment, you’ll enjoy newer kitchen appliances, wall-to-wall new carpet and well-kept surroundings. Some apartments have dishwashers and walk-in closets. All of our apartments feature handicapped accessible walk-in showers for your convenience.

You're able decorate your apartment to fit your personality and interests to make it home.

Almost all of our units have a balcony or patio for enjoying the outdoors. If gardening is a passion of yours–we have garden plots available for your use!

Just steps outside your front door are trash facilities and coin-operated laundry equipment. With an elevator and spacious hallways, all areas of McAuley Terrace are easily accessible.

Resident safety is our top priority

Our resident assistants live in the building and are on-call and available 24 hours per day, seven days a week in case an after-hours need arises.

For your safety, each apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers.  Our controlled-access building allows you to control building access to visitors right from your own apartment.  Our emergency call system adds an additional layer of security and safety to our facility and residents' peace of mind.
