Access Mercy Cancer Center patient portal

The CHI My CancerCare patient portal gives you online access to your radiation oncology medical records. With this access, you can:

  • Request appointments
  • Reqeust prescription refills
  • Review Clinical Visit summaries, including some lab results
  • "Ask a Question" - submit your questions directly to the Cancer Center online

Please note that it may take up to 2 business days to receive confirmation of your appointment and prescription request.

You can also view test results, after-visit paperwork and your key medical information. You can even download this information or share it electronically with other physicians.

How to sign up for My CancerCare

My CancerCare is safe, secure and convenient, and it's easy to get started. Here's how:

  • The front desk staff will ask you for your email address. This will confirm that you want to sign up for My CancerCare.
  • You will receive an email from Medfusion.net that invites you to register for My CancerCare Access. It will look similar to this:

                     From: patientservices@medfusion.net
                     Subject: You're invited to create a Patient Portal account at Mercy Medical Center

  • Click on the link in the email. You will be required to verify your Date of Birth and Zip Code.
  • From there, you will be prompted to set up a username and password.
  • Enjoy your new My CancerCare access.
