The Jordan Creek Town Center Mall Walker Program, sponsored by Mercy Medical Center, is a free, self-paced walking program that includes health education, fitness and fun!

Mall Walker members have the opportunity to gain valuable health information from a Mercy professional every first Tuesday of the month at 9:30 a.m. in the Des Moines Register Community Room, located across from the mall management offices. Seminar topics range from fitness and nutrition to disease prevention and heart health.
