The Mercy Wellness Center offers a number of different membership types. One of them is right for YOU!

To schedule an orientation appointment, call the Wellness Center at (515) 247-3066 ext. 6. Please bring a doctor’s referral, if required.

There is a $15 enrollment fee for all memberships. Changing between membership types requires a $15 fee.

Mercy Employee Membership

Full-time, part-time, flex pool and PRN employees

• Mercy/YMCA single adult membership rate - $50 until June 30, 2010; additional $11 per month for single parent families or $23 per month for families. Mercy badge required.
• Register to become a member at your local YMCA, then bring your receipt and Mercy Badge to gain entrance to the Mercy Wellness Center.
• Full use of the Mercy Wellness Center, plus any YMCA of Greater Des Moines, is included in the Mercy Employee Membership.

Mercy College Student Membership

Monthly Membership

• Full use of the Wellness Center facility is included in the Monthly Membership.
  
• $30 a month plus a one-time $15 enrollment fee.

• Open, fill out and print the online orientation form below. Then call the Wellness Center at (515) 247-3066 x 6 to schedule an orientation. Bring the printed orientation and doctor referral forms with you to your orientation.

Pool Membership

Senior Membership (age 50 and older)

• $15 enrollment fee.

Corporate

• $175 each per year.
  
• Minimum of four or more employees from a pre-approved company.
  
• Full use of facility is permitted.
  
• No doctor’s referral is needed for our corporate members.

Guest Pass

Guests are allowed during staffed Wellness Center hours only (refer to the Quick Info section, right). Passes may be purchased at the front desk. Each guest must sign in at the front desk.

• Adults and children: $5 per visit or $20 for 5 visits
• College Students: $3 per visit (with valid college ID)
  

Family Time

Immediate family members living in the same household (spouse or children high school age and younger) may join a Wellness Center member on Saturdays from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. only (class times in pool and gym have priority). Members must accompany and be responsible for any participating family member. Children in sixth grade and older may use equipment.  Family time has no additional charge.  (College students: $3 drop-in fee with valid student ID.)  All guests must sign in at the front desk.
