The Wellness Center offers a number of different membership types. One of them is right for YOU!

To join, locate the type of membership you desire, complete and print the online application form, located below. If a doctor’s referral is required, print the referral form and have your physician complete and sign it.

To schedule an orientation appointment, call the Wellness Center at (515) 247-3066 ext. 6. Please bring your completed application and doctor’s referral, if required.

There is a $15 enrollment fee for all memberships. Changing between membership types requires a $15 fee.

Mercy Employee Membership

• Full use of the facility is included in the Mercy Employee Membership.
  
• $6 payroll deduct per pay period or $156 a year for PRN/Flexpool.
  
• Immediate family members living in the same household and over 16 years of age may individually become members at $7 per pay period or $182 a year.
  
• Open, fill out and print the online application form below. Then call the Wellness Center to schedule an orientation. Bring the printed orientation form with you to your orientation.

Mercy College Student Membership

• Full use of the facility is included in the Mercy Student Membership.
  
• $156 per year OR $40 for 3 months

Monthly Membership

Pool Membership

• $2.00 per visit.

Senior Membership

• $2 per visit for those 50+ years.

Corporate

• $175 each per year.
  
• Minimum of four or more from a pre-approved company.
  
• Full use of facility is permitted.
  
• No doctor’s referral is needed for our corporate members.

Guest Pass

Members may purchase a five-visit guest pass for $15. Members must accompany guest. Each guest must sign a waiver each visit and receive equipment instruction if necessary. Individuals who are 16 or older may purchase a daily pass, which is $5 per day.

Family Time

Immediate family members living in the same household (spouse or children high school age and younger) may join a Wellness Center member from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday and on weekends (class times in pool and gym have priority). Members must accompany and be responsible for any participating family member. Children sixth grade and older may use equipment.  Family time has no additional charge.  (College students $3 drop-in fee with valid student ID.)  All guests must sign in at the front desk.
