Iowa Diabetes and Endocrinology Center, Mercy Medical Center, Iowa Health – Des Moines, Mary Greeley Medical Center and Hy-Vee have partnered to present the 2008 TCOYD conference and health fair, an event designed for people who have type 1 or type 2 diabetes – as well as those who are at risk for developing the disease – and their loved ones.
