Trevor Bond, D.O.
Dr. Bond graduated from Des Moines University in 2010. His undergraduate education was completed at Kansas State University. Dr. Bond completed a rotation as a student at the Mercy program. He spent time at a traditional osteopathic internship at Henry Ford Health Systems in Clinton Township, MI.
Kareem Cooper, M.D.
Dr. Cooper graduated from Medical University of the Americas in Nevis in 2011. His undergraduate studies were completed at Rutgers University. Dr. Cooper’s previous experience includes work as an adult education instructor and teacher for middle school students.
Jessica Kennedy, D.O.
Dr. Kennedy graduated from Des Moines University in 2011. She received her undergraduate degree from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA, where she graduated Cum Laude.
Peter Kozlowski, M.D.
Dr. Kozlowski graduated from the American University of the Caribbean in 2010. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University. Dr. Kozlowski spent time in Barcelona, Spain and is multi-lingual, speaking both Spanish and Polish in addition to English.
Juby Joseph, M.D.
Dr. Joseph graduated from St. Matthews University in 2011. His undergraduate degree was obtained from the University of Texas-Arlington. Dr. Joseph was a certified pharmacy technician prior to medical school.
Paul Martis, M.D.
Dr. Martis graduated from the Medical University of the Americas in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Martis worked as an AML analyst at a bank in Toronto prior to medical school.
Summera Qamar, M.D.
Dr. Qamar graduated from Xavier University in Aruba in 2008. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Qamar worked as a health care aide since completing medical school.
Shelly Soltis, D.O.
Dr. Soltis graduated from Des Moines University in 2011. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Concordia College in Minnesota. Dr. Soltis completed a student rotation here at the Mercy program.

Jonathan Crosbie, D.O.
Dr. Crosbie graduated from Des Moines University in 2010. His undergraduate education was completed at University of Northern Iowa and Iowa State University. Dr. Crosbie completed a rotation as a student at the Mercy program.
Anna Eason, M.D.
Dr. Eason graduated from American University of the Caribbean in 2010. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Wyoming. At the University of Wyoming, Dr. Eason was placed on the President's List for five semesters and the Dean's List for two semesters.
Iffat Jahan, M.D.
Dr. Jahan graduated from St. Matthew’s University in Cayman in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Jahan received the Texas Scholar of Academic Achievement at University of Texas at Arlington.
Gregory Jasinski, M.D.
Dr. Jasinski graduated from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland in 2010. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University. Dr. Jasinski completed a rotation as a student here at the Mercy program.
Michael Nicholson, D.O.
Dr. Nicholson graduated from Des Moines University in 2010. His undergraduate degree was obtained from Buenta Vista University in Storm Lake. Dr. Nicholson received the Buena Vista University Trustee scholarship. He also completed a student rotation here at the Mercy program.
Trent Peterson, M.D.
Dr. Peterson graduated from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland in 2010. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas, and also attended San Antonio College. Dr. Peterson spent several years in the business profession as a sales representative before pursuing a career in medicine.
Maria Shue, D.O.
Dr. Shue graduated from Des Moines University in 2009. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Central Oklahoma. Dr. Shue received an award for Excellence in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
Margaret Vitiritto, D.O.
Dr. Vitiritto graduated from Des Moines University in 2010. Her undergraduate studies were completed at University of Arizona and Iowa State University, as well as a law degree from Drake University. Dr. Vitiritto completed a student rotation here at the Mercy program.

Anindita Ahmed, M.D.
Dr. Ahmed graduated from Dhaka Medical College in Bangladesh in 1999. She received a M.P.H. from Texas A&M University in 2004. Dr. Ahmed completed several externships in Texas prior to joining the residency program.
Vinay Bhooma, M.D.
Dr. Bhooma graduated from Kurnool Medical College in India in 2000. He worked in Dublin, Ireland, as a senior house officer prior to coming to the United States, where he completed externships in family medicine.
Anupama Doppalapudi, M.D.
Dr. Doppalapudi graduated from Goa Medical College in India in 2005. She worked in a nursing home in India prior to coming to the United States, where she completed clinical experience at a Cleveland, Ohio, hospital and free clinic.
Brandon Goble, D.O.
Dr. Goble graduated from Des Moines University in 2008 and completed his undergraduate education at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Having transferred from the Mercy General Surgery Program in 2009, Dr. Goble is graduating off-cycle in December 2011.
Anita Heart, M.D.
Dr. Heart graduated from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences in India in 1996. She was a medical officer in India before coming to the United States. Dr. Heart did clinical rotations and volunteer work in Nevada and California prior to joining the residency program.
Parveen Kaur, M.D.
Dr. Kaur graduated from Lady Hardinge Medical College in India in 1998. She completed an OB/GYN residency in India. Most recently, Dr. Kaur volunteered at several facilities in California.
Hong Lin, M.D.
Dr. Lin graduated from Medical Center of Fudan University in China in 1999. She did a residency in radiation oncology in China before moving to Canada, where she did several externships.
Ali Sajjadi, M.D.
Dr. Sajjadi graduated from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 1994. He worked in emergency medicine in Iran and in a private medical office. Most recently, Dr. Sajjadi worked as an observer at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa.
Nader Sam, M.D.
Dr. Sam graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 1992. He worked as a general practitioner in Iran before coming to the United States, where he did several observerships at clinics in California.
