Mercy Family Medicine Center physicians and residents provide the same services found at other family medicine clinics. Patients of all ages should have a family medicine provider for annual physicals and exams, as well as for unexpected illnesses and injuries.
Whether you’re planning a pregnancy or already expecting, Mercy Family Medicine Center provides obstetrical care for you and continuing care for your newborn baby.
Our board-certified faculty physicians have many years of obstetrical care and are present at all deliveries. We also have a close working relationship with perinatologists and obstetricians in case complications occur. During your hospital stay, we provide around-the-clock physician care for you and your baby. After your delivery, our physicians can refer you back to your primary care physician or provide medical services for you and your family.
A new service provided by our Center is the Geriatric Assessment Clinic (GAC). The GAC is a comprehensive evaluation of patients age 65 or older that includes reviews completed by a social worker, pharmacist and a physician who specializes in the care of older patients.
