Visiting hours to most hospital units are 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.
Friends and family may call patients by calling the Mercy switchboard. You must have the patient's name. The switchboard will not release private room or phone numbers.
Emergency Treatment Authorization for Minors
In the event that you are not with your child when an emergency situation occurs, you should know that your child cannot receive treatment without your written consent. To insure immediate medical attention for your child in your absence, complete this form and leave it with your child's caregiver.

You deserve the highest quality care from your health care providers. In order to provide the care you expect and deserve, health care providers need the most recent and accurate information about your medications and your medical history. Without this communication, there is increased risk for medication errors and side effects.
