Patient Advocate

At Mercy, our primary goal is to provide high-quality health care to the patients and families we serve. To meet that goal, we have a full-time Patient Advocate available to assist you should you or your loved ones have any questions or concerns about the care you received during your stay. Our Patient Advocate will work with you to resolve any issues and address any complaints.
