Mercy has an arrangement with the Holiday Inn Downtown to provide discounted overnight accommodations for visitors and relatives of Mercy patients. Holiday Inn Downtown is located at 1050 Sixth Avenue, across the street from Mercy Medical Center.

Discounted overnight rates may be obtained by making reservations online  or you may obtain a voucher from the receptionist at the Information Desk in the hospital’s Main Lobby. The receptionist can be reached at (515) 643-4160. For after-hours service, call the Mercy Operator by dialing “0.”
