Mercy Cancer Center – West Lakes will be located at 12497 University Avenue in Clive. The facility will be owned by Ladco Development and will be part of the Ladco Wellness Campus, which is being developed at the same site.

The two-story 35,000 square foot building will include the 16,000 square foot Mercy Cancer Center. The center will include radiation oncology services and cancer clinical resource education services provided by Mercy Cancer Center staff. The Cancer Center will also include a PET CT scanner for treatment and diagnostics. The second floor will be used for physician specialist offices. Mercy Cancer Center – West Lakes will open in late 2008.
