Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy and eligible for licensure in the state of Iowa.

1. To apply, sign onto the Mercy Medical Center website and complete the online application for "Pharmacy Resident".
2. Send a cover letter explaining your personal and professional objectives in fulfilling a residency.
3. Send a copy of a current resume or curriculum vitae.
4. Forward a copy of your College of Pharmacy transcripts.
5. Distribute the recommendation forms to three professional references (pharmacy employers and/or clinical instructors). Be sure references are aware of the deadline.
