Kurt Smith, DO, is American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation certified. He attended Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, and graduated from Des Moines University medical school in 1992.

In 1993, Dr. Smith completed his internship at Muskegon General Hospital, Muskegon, Michigan. He served his residency at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn., in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from 1993-1996.

Dr. Smith is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association.
