| Long Term Disability | Paid by Mercy | Pays 60% of base monthly income after 6 months of disability. The policy goes into effect 90 days after employment. |
| Short Term Disability | Paid by Mercy | Pays 80% of weekly earnings for the first 6 weeks, then 60% from week 7 through week 26. The policy goes into effect after 90 days of employment. |
