What is 4 Weeks to a Healthier You?
This month-long course is intended for people experiencing the early signs of health risk factors for chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease.
The four classes cover a variety of topics meant to provide you with the tools to help you meet your goals and start living a healthier, happier and better life.
What TO EXPECT AT CLASS
The course is made up of four weekly one-hour classes taught by expert instructors.
Class 1: Learn about intrinsic motivation towards lifestyle change.
Class 2: Get moving with cardio and strength exercise.
Class 3: Learn about the basics of nutrition and health.
Class 4: Tools for continuing the journey towards living healthy.
