The first step in learning more about the OPTIFAST® and OPTITRIM® programs is to attend a free informational session.  The seminar is led by a dietitian and provides an overview of both programs along with costs. Sessions are held every Thursday from 5-6 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center–West Lakes.
