Medical Fitness Programs at Mercy Capitol

  • Balance Benefit. Gain confidence to move safely with structured exercise and activities to improve balance for individuals with Parkinson’s or similar concerns.
    Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. $25 / five-week session
  • Healthy Strides. Increase fitness in the class created for Mercy Center for Weight Reduction, now open to all.
    Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. $3 per class
  • Fit For Life. Improve health and exercise safely as you continue to recover from a stroke, TBI or other neurological condition, while assisted by a caregiver or family member who may also enroll.
    Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. $30 per month, per participant.
