Took off insulin which have been taking for over 50 yrs to try trulicity on low dose. Within week was in DKA, unresponsive, in icu for 2 day, hospital for week, now in nursing home for skilled pt and ot. Diabetis is out of control. Really have liked her as a dr but feel that this was a huge error in judgement.
