I really liked Dr. From! He gave me a paper so I could get a test done in Pella. He chose Pella because it was closer for me instead of having to come back to Des Moines to get the test. I have never had the test because Pella told me twice that they never got the order. I have the paper Dr. From gave me. But Pella told me they needed an order. So I just gave up!

Dr. From was kind, caring & patient. He listened to me & didn't rush the time spent with me. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I had an emotional moment when he stepped out & he paid such close attention that he realized this when he came back in & comforted me. He not only explained things to me about that day's appointment but he explained my future tests, appointments & medications that he was prescibing. He didn't "shame" me about my health (weight, smoking, etc). He made me feel cared about. He's what you wish all doctors were like.

Not sure what's up or rough day, but I've always found him previously to be among some of my highest rated doctors. Very disappointed in this doctor appointment and how I was treated, not listened to and attitude reflected get me out the door. Know providers are pushed on seeing lots of patients, but cardiologist especially need to listen & provide support and their expertise to legitimate concerns a patient has & is asking. Sad, frustrating experience.
Will definitely continue to use this group.
