Shilpi Shrivastava, MD, is a pediatrician at MercyOne Waukee Pediatrics Care.
“I want to help everyone achieve their full potential. It is a rewarding experience to watch little babies and young ones grow and thrive,” said Shilpi. “It is immensely satisfying to be in a position to help your children during times of illness or other health conditions, find solutions to their problems and to make a difference in their lives.”
Shilpi received her medical degree from Patna Medical College and Hospital. She completed her residency at Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.
Her clinical interests and specialties include newborn and infant care, providing guidance and education to new parents, behavioral pediatrics, asthma and allergies.
“The prospect of being able to practice in Waukee and take care of your children’s health care needs in this community is very exciting,” said Shilpi. “I am filled with a sense of responsibility, and I would like to contribute to the best of my ability.”
